WHEAT flour, raisins, candied orange peel (orange peel, caster sugar, glucose, natural vanilla extract), BUTTER, caster sugar, organic EGG YOLK, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, caster sugar, glucose, natural vanilla extract), Italian acacia honey, orange zest, sea salt, BARLEY malt.
It may contain traces of nuts, almonds and hazelnuts.
Always store this cake in a cool, dark place. Once opened, reseal the packet to maintain freshness. Consume within ten days of opening.
