This tasty blend of 5 delicious spices has no added salt or sugar, making it the perfect takeaway ingredient… Fennel Seed, cassia, black pepper, star anise and cloves give our Chinese Five Spice a warming aromatic flavour that’ll bring authentic Asian flavours to your business.
Add our Chinese Five Spice to marinades, stocks, and sauces, use as a dry marinade for prawns, fish, chicken, duck, beef, pork, and veg. Mix into soups, sauces, rice and stir fries for a quick mid-week meal or try something new by baking into biscuits and muffins. To serve 4 people take 225g diced meat of your choice and 350g fresh vegetables and stir fry in a little oil such as sesame or sunflower until cooked. Before the dish is finished sprinkle in a little garlic powder and Chinese five spice and continue stir frying for 2 minutes.
