These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are the Terms which apply when you access the website www.sageshealthstore.com or place orders to purchase any of the products made available to you on the Website.
Any reference to "we"/"us"/"our"/”Sage’s Health Store” in these Terms is a reference to Sage’s Health Store
Any reference to "you"/"your" means you, the user of the Website.
Without prejudice to the above, by using or accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use as they apply to your use of or access to our website.
If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, then to keep our insurance costs (and thus costs to you to a minimum) you may not use our website.

Registering for a personal account and subscribing to Sage’s Health Store emails
You must be over 16 to register for a personal account, subscribe to Sage’s Health Store emails and/or place an order Sage’s Health Store.
To order products using the Website, we ask you to register for a personal account. Any personal data that you provide us with during the registration process will be stored in our database and may not need to be re-entered with each new order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and email address and are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. We do not have the means to check the identities of people using the Website and will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where your password or email address is used by someone else unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware or suspect any unauthorised use of your password or email address.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content or services available through it, including your access to it.
Unless explicitly stated to the contrary, any new features including new content and/or the sale of new Products shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Please note that although we try to ensure that the content of our website is accurate, it may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies. If you do not agree to any of the Terms then you can simply stop using the Website at any time.
Making a Purchase:
To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the website. Details of our prices for the products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website. We will make all reasonable effort to deliver goods within the time specified, but do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.
You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order.
All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT. If you are shopping from anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
The price of a product shall be as stated on this Website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel no payment will be taken; or if payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you supply when you register.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services. The available methods of payments are displayed on the Website at checkout. Payment will be debited from your account at the point you confirm your order.
Fraudulent payment credentials will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your payment credentials refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your payment credentials issuer charging you as a result of our processing of your payment in accordance with your order.
Internet offers relate to Internet transactions only and may not be available in store. Likewise, temporary or local special offers in store do not apply to Internet prices unless expressly specified.
By accepting the Terms you confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times.
You agree that in using the Website you will not: (i) use the Website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the site or access to the site to be interrupted, damaged, or impaired in any way; (ii) use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party; (iii) access or attempt to access the accounts of other users or attempt to penetrate the Website security measures; nor (iv) use the Website for any purpose other than your personal use.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these restrictions or if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate.
From time to time we issue Promotion Codes. We have a Promotion Code box situated at the "Order Summary" page where codes can be entered. You must take care when entering codes as they are case and space sensitive. You may only redeem one code at a time so we advise you to choose the promotion best suited to your purchase.
We will endeavour to despatch the product to you within 1-2 working days of you placing your order and in any event a maximum of 4 working days beginning on the day after you place your order.
If we are unable to despatch the product within that time frame, we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances we will offer you the opportunity to cancel the order/part delivery or receive a full refund.
You are only responsible for the product when it is delivered to you.
If for any reason you do not receive your delivery, you must advise us by email, within a maximum of 10 working days from delivery.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the product in any way (for example if there is obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport) please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds:
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
You have certain rights under the law. These include:
- that any products supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Website;
certain outcomes if a product is defective; and
- In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. Postage costs are not refundable. Also, original postal costs will be deducted from the refund. This right is subject to certain conditions and exceptions (see "Return of non-faulty goods" below);

Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
We do not accept refunds for make-up, fragrances or nail varnishes due to health and safety rules.
Return of non-faulty goods:
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a full refund, providing:
- you notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase within 7 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product. Before sending the product back to us you will need to email us. Please ensure that you do this within 7 working days of receiving your product. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by e-mail once it has been processed.
- you have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return - goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and or bubble wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact (if applicable)
- you may give us notice of cancellation by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by registered post or by special delivery. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Please remember to send a copy of your purchase receipt with the goods.
Any parcels returned to us due to non-collections will only be sent out again with a £6 postal charge or if your order is to be refunded we will deduct £6 to cover postage and packaging costs.
Faulty Goods/Incorrect Goods
Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item/damaged item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.
In the event of your order being supplied incorrectly or damaged in transit, please email us at email@example.com within 3 working days of receipt and we will arrange replacement of goods or a refund once we have received and inspected the product/s in question back in their original packaging.
We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
You are also advised to return goods by registered post or by special delivery which we will also refund. No refunds will be made on goods returned after 14 days from date of delivery. You will be charged postage again to resend any items which have not been refunded. Goods where the seal has been broken will not be refunded.
Content & Liability:
Unless otherwise specified all content and materials published on our website are presented solely for your private, personal and non-commercial use.
All content which is offered by third parties that are not affiliated with or otherwise connected with us, are published in good faith but we do not (to the extent permitted by applicable law) accept responsibility for the accuracy of such content and the use of such content.
We promise that the Product we supply will be of satisfactory quality and that any service we provide to you will be provided with reasonable skill and care.
We have endeavoured to make the descriptions (including all images) of the products as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for changes in Size, Content or Presentation of products made by the relevant manufacturer.
We will endeavour to list all ingredients, but we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such, as we are reliant on our suppliers information.
If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the website, we will attempt to correct this as soon as we reasonably can.
We sell many products which will come into direct contact with you. Normally they will not cause any reaction but some people may, as with all such products, have some reaction. Please take advice before using any of our products, including medical advice especially if you have had any allergic reaction before, have sensitive skin, are allergic to any medicine, are pregnant or might otherwise expect to have to take particular care. If in any doubt, do not use the items without professional advice. We do not give refunds for allergic reactions without photographic evidence and an allergy form must be submitted for our suppliers.
